I'm actually a little disappointed to not find these card descriptions in the form of a haiku.

Inn

Get 2 cards, and 2 actions.
Discard 2 from hand.
When gain, actions move to deck.

Evidence of thriving towns, Pottery, roads, and a centralized government amaze the startled scientists.

Finally, they come upon a stone tablet, which contains but one mysterious phrase!

The Jack of All Trades

Nomad Camp

Two bucks, plus one buy.
When gain, place on top of deck.
Instant Woodcutter!

Cache
Gold plus two coppers.
Without a plan for trashing,
who would buy this junk?

Cartographer
Good for sifting junk,
Better for its real message:
Navigator sucks.

Crossroads
Looks so strong, costs 2.
How can this possibly be?
Just ask rinkworks, man.

Fool's Gold
Trash, sift, big draw, buy:
You need those to make it work.
Else Ackbar is right.

Noble Brigand
Argue all you want:
It's clearly better than Thief.
(That ain't saying much.)

Spice Merchant
Great for opening?
Trash copper! Draw cards! Woo hoo!
Oops. I've no treasure.

Chapel
Why did he buy that?
His deck is only good cards.
Now I understand.

Gardens
Grab the extra buys
Stuff your deck full of copper
And get lots of points.

Laboratory
Works with any deck.
Keep going with an extra card
So buy it with 5.

Market
Coin, card, buy, money;
it's a bit of everything.
Do you need them all?

Mine
Turn silver to gold;
Get very rich, but slowly.
Needs very long games.

Smithy
Three cards, no actions.
It works well with lots of cash.
It's great for Big Money.

Thief
Trashing their copper,
Maybe steal silver and gold.
Don't even bother.

Throne Room
Play an action twice!
Get the right actions with it
and build mega-turns.

Village
It gives two actions
and not much to do with them
You are its Idiot.

Witch
You get two more cards,
and you kill your opponents
till curses run out.

Woodcutter
Do you need a buy?
If not, just get a silver.
Use it with Gardens.

Workshop
Take a card worth 4.
Build a deck with no big cards.
If it's right, you'll know.

Grand Market
First one is hard, but
Once you pop the fun won't stop
Buy all Colonies.

Loan
Why would I buy this?
Needs no action - trash Copper.
Then Mine it for Gold.

Possession
Want to be a tool?
Play this ev'ry turn, then just watch
Your opponent cry.

Masquerade
Play "pass the copper"
Wonder why you bought this card
Then steal Province

Fairgrounds
No singular engine?
This might be the key, just get
Fifteen unique cards.

Baron
Discard an Estate?
If you do, get plus 4 coin!
If not, booby prize.

Alchemist
Get enough of these
And draw your deck each hand; watch
Your opponents cry.

Hrm, these need more haiku-ification, what with the need for a break.  The ones below lose some of the crunch of the card but get better fluff.

Caravan
The sands of time flow;
This card is transparent now,
But bonus card next turn.

Harvest
Autumn, trees are bare,
Four leaves fall lightly earthward;
Coins for diff'rent cards.

Vineyard
Deck full of actions;
Victory tastes sweeter than
a glass of red wine.

Minion
A lot of them will
win the game for you, sometimes;
Still, they might kill you.

Bridge
Children laugh and run
Across the clear bubbling stream;
Now the cards cost less.

Tactician
Discard your whole hand.
Draw a double-hand next turn.
Double up and win!

Ambassador
Give away your junk.
Wait 'til you're thin to build up.
Patience is the key.

Goons
Stronger militia.
Higher score when you buy more.
Green cards are for wimps.

Harem
Overpriced Silver
And less points than a Duchy;
Yet with Scouts, they shine.

Pawn
Pick two, only two:
Card, money, action, or buy.
Paralysis time!

Chancellor
Discard your whole deck!
Draw your new purchase sooner!
Pray "no collisions!"
