This may be an easy one.  How can I use a Treasure Map more than once?

Let me put this another way.  How can I play Treasure Map more than once without trashing it?

I guess Possession doesn't matter, you just need to use King's Court.

Technically, though, you haven't put it to any use.

I used it to trash the other three Treasure Maps in my hand... for, um, reasons....  Yeah, the Gold pile is already empty and my opponent just KC-Amb'd me three Treasure Maps to junk my deck.

By the way, I just noticed that Treasure Map has Throne Room's lack of accountability.

To be fair, I suspect there are fewer edge cases for "Why would you trash one TM but not the other this turn" than for "Why would you play TR, then not play an action"

I don't see why Possession is a solution to this. When you play TM in a Possession turn, you still trash it, the only difference is that it is set aside just after trashing. So it just visits the trash a little bit shorter than when you play Graverobber/Rogue.

Just to be sure: when I play KC-TM on a Possession turn with 3 other TMs in hand, the possessor only gets 4 golds once, right (because of the lose track rule)?

Treasure Map requires you to trash two copies of TM to get 4 golds, so I think even without Possession a KC'd TM will only get you 4 golds (since the second and third times, even if you trash another TM, you didn't trash the first one, so you did not trash two TM's).

And yeah, Possession is not a solution.  I mean, KC under Possession is, but so is KC without the Possession.

Activating the same two Treasure Maps twice during the same turn, and playing 6 of the 8 gained Golds:

SheCantSayNo: turn 16
...
SheCantSayNo   plays Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   trashes Treasure Map, Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   plays City
SheCantSayNo   draws Gold, Gold
SheCantSayNo   plays City
SheCantSayNo   draws Gold, Gold
SheCantSayNo   plays City
SheCantSayNo   draws Gold, City
SheCantSayNo   plays City
SheCantSayNo   draws Wharf, Silver
SheCantSayNo   plays City
SheCantSayNo   draws Rogue, Silver
SheCantSayNo   plays Rogue
SheCantSayNo   gains Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   plays Rogue
SheCantSayNo   gains Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   plays Wharf
SheCantSayNo   shuffles deck
SheCantSayNo   draws Treasure Map, Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   plays Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   trashes Treasure Map, Treasure Map
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold
SheCantSayNo   gains Gold

For both TM and TR, playing them without actually getting the effect can be a good way of decreasing hand-size before playing draw-to-X.
