8 non-town players in 14 player game seems obnoxious though.

77
And like, I know I should be making a real case on someone else, but the fact is I haven't really been paying attention and I don't have a clue what's going on.

Does that make me a bad player?

Probably.

Does it make me scum?

No.

78
ADK- town/ lover -exiled
ashersky- Cylon Extremist- incapacitated
mathdude- Cylon Extremist- exiled
e- town - incapacitated
scola- resistance- exiled
MiX- Town- incapacitated
Didds- resistance- exiled
Dylan and Jack Rudd - removed because they won

5 of us still playing

So that is two yellow, two red, two pink two green. For some reason I thought we'd had an uneven number of flips- I really haven't been paying attention this game.

Well, in that case there probably is one of each. This sucks.

I am begging you not to take Dylan's word at face value, and to at least consider evidence for who else might be scum. Because I think if you exile me, we lose. Like, what is the case on me, besides the word of a non-town player who had every incentive to lie? Is there any other case on me at all?

Don't let Dylan play you like this.

79
Okay, well, ya'll have made up your mind. I'd say good luck except I'll be here tomorrow, treestumping and berating all of you for your mistake like an obnoxious ghost.

That's assuming we don't just lose immediately.

80
LaLight is making some good points, I'm now starting to suspect he's merely gullible town.

vote: Swowl I guess.

EFHW, I'd love to hear your case on grkrieg.

81
oooooh even worse, if tomorrow there are only town/scum/orange left there will be no wincon for town, unless orange wincon can coexist with town wincon.

I'm worried orange and red can cooperate. They are both opposed to the new government.

You think there's one of each left?

I don't have a good answer on the gkrieg question, I think I was mentally ICing him because of the cop thing, but I suppose with two scum teams that doesn't make sense.

82
I'm honestly 50/50 on the last scum being LaLight or Swowl but LaLight is pissing me off so he get's my vote. It's basically a protest vote anyway, but I'm not going to stop trying while there's still a chance for town to pull this off.

83
I don't believe Swan to be scum, because scum with two killing powers in a game where town is a half of the players is too OP.

How do we know he has two killing powers? The vig could be a fake claim to cover for the factional kill. We haven't had a night with two deaths yet.

84
I would guess that the blocking part of Dylan's power is real, but the investigative part is made up.

Why?

Because I'm town, but also because it's not super helpful for his win condition. And because its just way more powerful than most of the other claimed roles.

85
Vote: LaLight

I’m pretty sure we’ll have one more day to guess correctly if you exile me, and hopefully when I flip green his scummy behavior will become obvious to all of you.

86
So first, other than the reads stuff, LL's claim about his powers and actions was consistent with the QT claim.

I'm Caprica 6, same as game 1. My provided fake claim season 1 was Tom Zarek, which is why that is what I claimed then. I'm a civilian.

My personal character arc (which no-one else has claimed at all but it's relevant) in both games has been love conquers all, for which both my lover and myself need to be alive at the end of the game. Game 1 that was the person I targeted with a 1-shot action (ADK), this game as a result of that ADK and I have the additional alignment lover-aligned, which just adds the survival wincon like I said earlier.  If both of us kept the same character as last season we would gain an additional power, which I believe for me is an X-shot passive bulletproof ability that is only active under a certain condition (that LL knows but I think is better to not tell scum).

I'm responsible for Glooble having 0 votes. As LL alluded to, during presidential elections I can keep all votes for a single player from counting. Of the 3 candidates, Glooble was the one that I'm least confident about being town, EFHW was by far the most clearly town, and given people's opinions of Jack I knew he wouldn't win, so I figured Glooble was the only person who might get the votes to beat EFHW, so I cancelled it.

The ability LL apparently doesn't like is probably this one. I have a radiation, blocking, investigative role where I can target up to 2 people, any actions they take will fail, and I receive a list of everyone who was targeted by abilities that were blocked. For example, I target my top 2 scumreads, if I successfully block the NK, I would have a list of people, one of which was probably the target and thus not scum as well as a 50/50 on who the killer was.

I have taken no actions at night this game, and I already said everything of import that happened on the trip.

I did not receive a vision or any private information about earth. I do agree with LL that if we get the chance, enacting course to earth would be fun, if for no other reason than to see the conclusion to the storyline that our trip started. Also, there seemed to be only one path that we could take to lead to actually going to earth, while there were a lot of opportunities to derail it, which makes me think if scum or some other party went, there would have been motivations to sabotage the trip, and since it didn't happen, I'm inclined to think it's good for town.

Is Dylan lying about his role? Evidence- it seems a little too good. It's not 1-shot, as he claimed he could use it for the rest of the game to get us a win. But if he can use it every night why didn't he use it any previous nights? Surely the risk of blocking a town action is worth it for the possible info? But by claiming not to have used it, he doesn't have to corroborate its existence.

Do we have any evidence that the investigative part of Dylan's power actually works? Any evidence at all? Because Swowl targeting Dylan is something Swowl had already claimed before Dylan claimed results.

I would guess that the blocking part of Dylan's power is real, but the investigative part is made up.

87
so. Other then my Medic power, that I used on gkrieg N1, MiX N2 and Dylan while we were off, I have a weird investigative power. So basically i can target abperson and try to look into their belingings and gather info. If I succeed I get a flavor blurb. If i succeed twice in a game, I can expose myself to radiation and trigger a turning point.

Night 1 I used it on scola and it was successful. I got a blurb that he had some maps of Cylon facilities, but my character didn't really understood why. N2 I targeted Jack and didn't find anything. I couldn't use more than 1 power on Dylan, so I used healing.

What I think after scola flip is that my power is a delayed cop basically - it's hard enough to pull off, I probably succesfully gather info if person is part of the resistance, and I need to be alive for many many nights so it would work, but maybe I'm wrong. But that's why I think Jack is probably town. Who knows.

Also yeah, I am still Karl Agathon and Town-Aligned

Some suspicious stuff in LaLight's claim now that we know that Jack is not town aligned. Why would scola show up as suspicious to LaLight's power and not Jack? If LaLight is town, I would think his power would find all the third parties. If he's yellow scum maybe it would only see red scum. If he's red scum, maybe he targeted his partner with something else (a protective ability) and this claim was in case he was tracked.

LaLight's insistence on trusting Dylan is scummy, and now that we know Course to Earth was not a pro-town order his help in picking it is also kinda scummy. Also possible that Dylan pointing the finger at me was a condition of an agreement he made with LaLight to get LaLight to choose Course to Earth.

88
Like literally think about this for two seconds. If I was scum, I would have known that Dylan’s result was on me. Why would I have encouraged EFHW to take the deal? I would have fought it.

89
I was the easiest fall guy because I haven’t been very active this game.

Don’t let him play you. Use the time we have left to find scum.

90
I do not know why Dylan lied about his result on me, but you have to trust me that he did. Please don’t just follow him blindly when you know he wasn’t town.

This doesn't really works like this, I'm sorry. Just because he wasn't town, it doesn't mean he was scum. He had no slight motivation to lie.

Sure he did. He needed something to entice EFHW to enact Course to Earth. He didn’t have a useful result, so he made one up, knowing he’d be out of the game before he had to face any consequences.

91
How long do we have until deadline? I would like time to go back over the claims and try to figure out who the scum actually is before you exile me.

I do not know why Dylan lied about his result on me, but you have to trust me that he did. Please don’t just follow him blindly when you know he wasn’t town.

92
I honestly have no idea what game Dylan is playing continuing to cling to this lie if he has in fact already won. So I don’t think I’ll be moving my vote. Just in case he actually has to survive and make it to Earth to win.

93
I really don’t think anything we do matters at this point. Dylan had to know the jig would be up as soon as I flipped green, which means he didn’t care. He and Jack have likely won already.

94
I have not taken any actions all game.

95
I do not have any powers that target, so either we have a scum redirector in play or Dylan is just lying.

96
We’re screwed. I don’t think my brig posting is going to matter because I don’t think Dylan would lie this blatantly unless it won him the game on the spot. So I think we’ve probably already lost.

97
Vote: Dylan

98
That being said,

vote: no exile

99
Like, either you believe Dylan is trying to win with town or you believe Dylan is trying to win without town. If you believe Dylan is trying to win with town we should no exile. If we believe Dylan is lying to trick town, we should exile Dylan. I really don't see how anyone can defend exiling me or Swowl.

100
I think we should either trust Dylan or exile him, to be honest. If we currently have 4 town, 2 believers, and 1 baddie, we can't afford to kill town. We can take a chance and hope we hit the baddie, or we can exile one of the two players we know are not town - Dylan and Jack Rudd. That way even if there's a night kill, it's 3 town, 1 believer, 1 baddie, and we keep out majority.

But personally I think trusting Dylan is the lower-risk option.
