(I predict it will be Terribroken. Usually rather weak, and then some cards will make it horribly strong. You might want to test it in games with something like Vault.)

Saboteur was one of those cards whose utility increased dramatically with the frequency with which you could play it. It was, for that reason, a monster on King's Court boards.

All the $4 splitters should be roughly at the same rank, really.
Now this is something about $4 Villages I do agree with Awaclus on. The special abilities for $4 Villages tend to be:

Of diminishing utility in multiples (Worker's)
One-shots (Mining)
Not always capable of being meaningfully activated (Plaza, Fortress)
Of lower utility as the deck tends to an all-Action state (Wandering Minstrel, Walled, Farming)
... that sort of thing.

tl;dr: Both of us went for Goons; I went full-on engine, despite the lack of trashing. He went for more of a sloggy approach. I was behind by 25 points on the last turn, but just about managed to get enough of my engine working together to empty the Gardens and Merchant piles and gain enough Coppers to put me over the top.

As many of your comboes include cards played after Artificer, I would think that Villages are something to list as a combo card.
Particularly Border Village and University, for Artificer-gaining reasons.

Probably not a good card; if it's worth buying, everyone will buy it en masse and the Province pile will empty quickly as people play cantrips. (See innumerable discussions about why Rebuild is annoying; same dynamic.)

You're probably right that putting a cantrip on it is a bad idea. Would the 2nd half of the card be interesting enough though?
It might. If I were you, I'd test it out in Goons games to see how it plays there.
