14 turns. Almost certainly can be improved. Talisman/Chapel start, with Ironworks/Hamlet/Watchtower to help. I don't get Watchtowers early enough, I think.

(Edit: this is the easiest mode. Also, if I'm allowed to trash an odd number of things, net gaining 0, it gets a lot easier...)

This probably doesn't count, but is quite hilarious. I get 198 points!

The two Kingdom cards: Golem and Possession.
I will denote Estate, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Potion as E,C,S,G,P respectively.

Open Potion/Silver.
Next pass, your deck is PECCS, CCCEE, CC.
Turn 3, buy Golem. Turn 4, buy Silver. You draw 2 coppers, and the rest of your deck is 3E,5C,2S,P and Golem.
Let it shuffle as SSM, then anything, so that on turn 5, you draw CCSS and Golem. Play Golem, cycling your whole deck, and buy Gold.
On turn 6, draw GSCP and Golem, playing Golem, cycling your whole deck, and buying Possession.
Now, as long as you draw Golem and not Possession, you can play Golem, activating your Possession and cycling your whole deck. Possession will let you take another turn without incrementing the turn counter. So starting from turn 7, you can keep going, getting 4 golds (or plats, I won't judge), then buying 7 colonies, 7 provinces, 8 duchies, 8 estates, and the last colony for a total of 8*10+7*8+8*5+11*2=198 points.
