Prosperity has some dud cards, yes, but if you're going to own several expansions (i.e. more than 2) it's pretty much a must-have for the Colonies.

So, okay, everyone has their #1 and #2 and maybe even a #3 favored set that's not Prosperity, but if Prosperity isn't your next pick to toss in the mix....well, let's just say you're in the minority.

I have had Prosperity for awhile, and don't think the Colonies add as much as I originally expected.
