Makes senseIf a jailkeeper targets a strongman, does the strongman kill go through? Because usually a strongman can break 1 level of protection, but if the strongman is the only other action in the game, what would the jailkeeper be preventing from happening?
If the JK targets the Strongman *while they still have Strongman* then yes - the shot will go through.
The purpose of the strongman is balance vs recruitment of the traitor.
