I don't think #2 is realistic. I don't see him as a great person for scum choosing to kill. Can anyone give reasons WHY scum would kill LaLight? There was scum suspicion on him during D1 so it would make more sense to kill someone who was generally read as town. LaLight seems like a stupid choice to NK.
That leaves LaLight as scum. I'm really weirded out there has been such little discussion on LaLight. I'm going to reread and pull quotes for people defending him.

YAY! I survived the night.
So did no one die? That's cool.
So I was thinking that everyone who didn't switch their vote to e (and had the opportunity to do close to the deadline) is town.
If scum were in that position, they would jump ship and vote e to lynch town. So that thinking would mean me (obvs), RR, and TWM are town.
BUT if e and jake are both town, mafia wouldn't care who got lynched between e and jake. so they would just wait for someone else to switch their vote.
