Investor doesn't work.
When does it leave play?
In buy-phase, you cannot gain Treasures without buying (except Treasure Trove, Ill-Gotten Gains, Hoard, Horn of Plenty, or so). So +1 Card when you gain a Treasure has no meaning without +1 Buy. And with it, it is still weak.

It's worse than Smithy so I thought 3 is ok since 3 and 4 are kind of the same.  But I don't mind putting it at 4 at all. 

Isn't 3 cards take 1 debt almost strictly better than 3 cards discard a treasure? Sometimes you're forced to discard a Silver, not a Copper.

The infinite loop is on purpose.

I think Refugee Camp needs more attraction if it junks your deck.

I was going for crazy and absurd.  At a minimum, if it's the only village and it's a Goons tableau, gaining Necropoli at risk of getting more of them than you'd prefer is mandatory.  But I want to figure out something to where maybe it competes with normal villages also.

The templating ugliness is true.

I tried to make Refugee camp a kind of spoils pile so that maybe it will work.  The idea is that with 1 Overseer in deck and a few powerful 5$ terminals in deck, you could start gaining free camps without getting decimated for it, donating the wrong stack could be the wrong play, it's not that bad, and now you ensure you yourself will spend 1 buy on every single one of your villages when someone else didn't.


I think Woad Raider is unsalvageable

Q. Gain a card costing $5 before the cleanup of T4 when you have WORST SHUFFLE LUCK.
No Coin Token, no Event.

HARD MODE: before Adventures, no Shelters
5/2 or 2/5 openings are trivial.

On 3/4, you can do this:
  - open Watchtower/Doctor(overpay 1) (shuffle)
     - if you reveal WT, put it on top of your deck
     - otherwise, trash.
  - on T3, things split up depending on what happens.
       - Case 1: hand is WtCCXX
          - buy Squire, trash, gain Rabble.
       - Case 2: hand is WtEEEC
          - don't play Watchtower, next hand is CCCCC.
       - Case 3: hand is CCCCC
          - buy $5.
       - Case 4: hand is EXXXX (in this case you always trashed, since Wt is not in hand)
          - next hand is EEWtCC or better; then buy Squire, trash.

I cannot really get 4/3 to work though.

I have a simpler answer.

Similarly, you have $5 on T1 and so expect $2 on T2, but don't -- how?

As a matter of fact, I actually tested this card. It's pretty fun for a RBCI.

It should gain copies of itself if the top card isn't a Treasure and be called Big Bird.

How can I sort? I don't know KANJI order (Japanese).

With Ruins, play PD to cycle your deck.
Without Ruins, sacrifice PD to keep DC.
When using DC and strong trashers, deck controlling shines more.

I would say: A.
Why would you shuffe? You have enough cards to draw them without shuffling, so no shuffling.
I mean, when does -1 card token really work? Instantly when you are ordered to draw? Or just before you actually draw? This matters on this new rule.

Marisa sometimes gives you unnecessary Actions, like 3rd Workshop, 2nd Outpost, or so. Opponent can buy Actions that ruins your deck (for example, Begger). That's why I included yourself. But I agree this must be fixed, as in many boards every Kingdom Actions are valuable.

Thief, Jester, Saboteur variant is difficult.

When Alice is inheriting Crown, Bob plays Pirate Ship to reveal her Estate and she trashes it. Bob takes a Pirate Ship token, right?
(My favorite Thief doesn't have this problem.)
