Someone just played Nzoth against me in arena, bringing back a Tirion which had been produced by A Light In The Dark. That is some luck.

I read it and liked it, then reread it and disliked it. It's fun but hardly "rational" at all.

I like going mage/priest and just killing everything they put down.

I got my pack with spell damage mage, but it was obviously not that good. Evolved Kobald was a nice one to keep though.

Jester is not comparable to the other gainers, because you don't really know what you will gain. I see it like a good card that does some random good stuff. It has a really nice and interesting effect. Amazing art. And it's a cornucopia card.

So, Jester.

Update: I went 12-2 (kudos to Awaclus for predicting that), out of the park when I compare it to my average run of 3 wins. I had some really good 2-3-4 opening draws as first player (gilblin + coghammer is a nice synergy) and a Sea Giant + Steward of Darkshire on turn 6 with Murloc Knight in hand against an insane Warlock's Forbidden Tentacles. I think I lost one of those two games because I forgot to play Sea Giant before trading.

Best run in a long time for me with this paladin deck: (currently 7-0, yes, that's not that impressive, but it is quite good for me)

Argent Squire
2x Argent Protector
Faerie Dragon
Gilblin Stalker
Haunted Creeper
Micro Machine
River Crocolisk
Coghammer
Ironforge Rifleman
Scarlet Purifier
Steward of Darkshire
Tinkertown Technician
Truesilver Champion
Hammer of Wrath
Burly Rockjaw Trogg
Dragonling Mechanic
Evil Heckler
Midnight Drake
Murloc Knight
Sen'jin Shieldmasta
Solemn Vigil
Kvaldir Raider
Sludge Belcher
Argent Commander
Bog Creeper
Force-Tank MAX
North Sea Kraken
Deathwing, Dragonlord
Sea Giant

I feel like the deck isn't that good, but it's done okay because of lots of late-game. Is it actually that good, or have my opponents just been bad?

My partners keep filling up their board and killing everything. It's really frustrating.

Set aside any number of differently named action cards. Play them in any order.

This has been tested quite a bit and has been balanced - I think Labor Force is really underpowered in comparison.

Raze-Fortress is fantastic. You trash Fortress, pick whatever card you want, and then you still get a village to play!

Fortress has a positive interaction with trash-for-benefit. Who would have thought!

A neat and potentially useful card interaction that was not previously mentioned. Who would have thought!

Upvoted, but I guess Awaclus's point is that you should generally assume Fortress has a neat and potentially useful card interaction with every trash for benefit card unless proven otherwise.

My random thought for an Event that could cost $14:

Grand Bonfire
As many times as you like: trash a card you have in play, gain 1VP.

I choose to do this infinity times.  I trash all my cards in play and gain infinity VP.

(It needs an "if you did" clause!)
It was an example off the top of my head, not a bulletproof proposed card wording. I mean, as it stands Fortress is a bigger problem than the missing "if you did".
Fortress isn't a problem because you can't play it again in the middle of buying this event.

Edit: Btw, I have no idea what TiA is. I literally got a load of medical web pages and urban dictionary told me it was some really cool girl.
https://www.reddit.com/r/TumblrInAction/ IMO it's sometimes funny, and every once in a while has a good point, but most of the time is just pathetic.

"Someone dropped his, her, their, nir, or xir glasses" just sounds like you're taking the piss. "A pair of glasses have been dropped (by someone)"?

I've met a lot of non-binary people, but I've never actually met someone who prefers nir or xir. The most common pronoun by far is "they", followed by "I don't really care about pronouns", followed by "just pick whichever you feel like". I feel like with a few exceptions and edge cases, these are straw-men pronouns trumpeted up by TiA users to mock others.

I know someone online who prefers xir, but the others just wanted they/their or didn't care. I didn't even know nir was an option.

... round 3 ?

I thought you wanted to mod one!

It's a bit more work than I thought it would be... mostly during round one.
Yes, I'm definitely willing to do it, just gauging interest.

I'll play. I am not sure why though...

It's fun, but I've invested more time in Duelyst already, and feel like you have more control over your strategy in that other game (even not taking into account all the crazy RNG in Hearthstone).

Well, it usually feels like you have more control over your strategy in the game that you have been playing for a longer time, where you are presumably a much better player. I haven't tried out Duelyst and it might be true that you have more control over your strategy there, but I think that, in Hearthstone, you have tons and tons of control over your strategy if you know how to control it.

You know, even the top players say that most of their games just come down to who draws on-curve. There is tons of skill, the concept of "top player" wouldn't exist if there wasn't any skill tested, but there really is a lot of RNG in hearthstone.

My first draft of submission included "isomorphisms", and I thought about submitting "P vs NP". I kind of hoped one of those would win.
