I believe that given a 4/3 or 5/2 opening, my solution works with 100% probability, i.e. it works regardless of shuffle luck. If on turn 2 you do not draw any coppers, you will reach Seaway one move later than I did, which gives you one less buy, but you can overcome this by buying a travelling fair.

With a 3/4 opening, you would probably still be able to make it work (by advancing necropolis to villa, or by adding alms to the kingdom), but I haven't fully thought this through.

Game 3: I chose cornucopia, he chose seaside. I won.
