You may play an Action card if you have any Coppers in play.

If that was a Treasure card, it may be actually usable to play dead Action cards, similar to Contract. This could be an instant variant of Coin of the Realm.

Wealthy Village
Cost: $2
Type: Treasure

Worth $1
If you have any Coppers in play, you may play an Action card from your hand.

Will there be an easy possibility to fix existing cards which got major changes, but do not require a full reprint, for example stickers to correct the cards?
For example, Farmlands has a completely new effect (on-gain instead of on-buy and not gaining Farmlands) and the new Command type, which has been added to a few cards, also affects Courtier.

The second one is a Treasure-Duration, which is cool.
I guess, that card will be the replacement for Lighthouse            .

Or does it literally mean "does nothing", so not even under-the-line stuff?
And does a Silver which “does nothing” trigger Sauna and Merchant?

What happens, when Highwayman and Enchantress are in play and someone plays Crown (or any +$ Action card with Capitalism)?

And another edge case: Assuming Highwayman is in play and I did not play any Treasure cards, but +$ Action cards like Festival, buy Capitalism in my turn and then return to my Action phase by buying a Villa. Will the next Treasure or +$ Action card I play in the same turn do nothing or is Highwayman without effect, because that card would not be the first Treasure card in my turn?

Does “does nothing” also mean, that Adventure tokens have no effect?

Interesting. How does Elder interact with Count? Do I get exactly one additional optional choice total or one choice for the (besides of edge cases) bad effect and one choice for the good effect, where both choices are optional?

And what about Band of Misfits? Its German translation (Vogelfreie) contains „Wähle eine Aktionskarte aus dem Vorrat“ (“Choose one Action card from the supply”) and would be literally affected by Elder.

Sparrow
Type: Action
Cost: $4

Choose one:
+2 Cards or +1 VP.

You may play a Sparrow from your hand.
-
When you buy this, put all Sparrows from your discard pile on the top of your deck.
Nonterminal unconditional VP tokens have an obvious Golden Deck abuse potential. Sure, it is no cantrip but with some draw power you can get more than 5VPs per turn.
It is easier to buy a Duchy than to play a Sparrow three times. The VP token is a small unique vanilla bonus to adjust the $4 price tag ($ 3 wonʼt work and I did not want just a stripped-down Cultist for $ 4, so choose one was obvious). I believe, + 1VP is a novel addition for a pseudo terminal (better than, e. g. +1 Buy, which is heavily overused). If you have drawn enough cards to buy a Province, you can use your remaining Sparrows for extra VPs. Plunder / Monument in Capitalism / Groundskeeper are a way more abusable.

This looks like an early prototype of Sculptor, maybe too strong, because gaining Silver + Villager is already very good.

Any reason Reap says to play the Gold at the start of your next turn, instead of just putting it into your hand? The two are mildly different, but it doesn't feel like there's a good reason for this to play Treasures in your action phase, compared to cards like Storyteller and Black Market.
Gold in the hand is sometimes better (you can remodel it to a Province or crown it), but sometimes worse, e. g. in combination with Minion or Library.

Other Games / Winter Kingdom

I am very surprised to discover Winter Kingdom, a Kingdom Builder spin-off on Kickstarter here.

Although I prefer Dominion, other Donald X games like Kingdom Builder or Temporum are pretty decent as well. I will definitely observe that project.

Village Green+Embassy sounds like a pretty tough combination, which surely outclasses vanilla Village+Smithy in the long run.

High Wayto Hell
Type: Way
While this is in play, cards cost $1 less, but not less than $0.

This is horrible to track, I guess.

Return this to its pile.

Well, it is at least useful with Ways or cards like Peddler, Scrying Pool or Conspirator.

After Animal Fair, Ways are another way to ruin Ruins.

BTW, Chapel, Moneylender and Treasure Map are even much better with Ways.

The Sheepdog card does not look final. The font in the title looks a little odd. I hope, that this will be fixed in the release version.

Animal Fair should say “Action card costing at least $2” to avoid that you can trash Ruins (and for occasional reasons also Transmute).

Judge • $4 • Action
+$2

When you gain or trash this, move the Sanction token to a Supply pile. Cards from that pile cost $2 more (after cost reductions).

I also love the interaction of that card and Remodel. You can buy this for $4 and remodel it to a Province later.

That's an old one, eHalcyon did one called Harbinger for the contests long ago. But yours is correctly priced and of course the idea is super cool.
Thank you. I did not see that card before, but in fact both cards are different. Harbinger forces the opponent to do the split. With Judge, you have to perform the split yourself (which means, if you want a certain card, you can always get it, even if it comes paired with a bad one). Unlike Harbinger is also not possible to do a 1/4 split. Pricing is very difficult. For example, if your top cards are 2 Platium and then 3 Estates, this is normally worse than a Lab, but better than a Scout. There is also a difference between draw and put-in-hand, if you have the -1 Card token on your deck.

Reveal the top 5 cards of your deck. Pick two of them. The player to your left chooses one: discard the picked cards or the other cards. Put the rest into your hand.

And also, in games with debt, it's useless once the curse pile is empty

It still is useful with cards like Vineyard or Gardens, as it behaves like a 0 VP Island and unlike Copper does not clutter your deck.

It feels like Necromancer should be a Command card. Even though it’s not involved in the infinite loops, it just seems like it should be for consistency.

Necromancer can still cause endless loops in combination with Procession and Lurker. I guess, this can be fixed when we either Necromancer sets the cards aside before playing them and returning them at the end of the player's turn, so that a Lurker or a Graverobber cannot be used to recycle a face-down card or itself. Extra turns like from Outpost or Mission are limited and won't cause any further issues here.
