I was wondering if you could write a feature to run many different AIs head to head, so we can get a better idea of what counters what without tediously running each separate simulation. Also menagerie would be a welcome update!

Will do another poll at the conclusion of the ShuffleIT Tournament.

Conspirator bonus is based on whether you have played other cards.(so durations you played last turn don't count) also +1 action is net neutral because you have to spend an action to play the conspirator in the first place.

I really dont like masq until 2nd or third shuffle

You put noble brigand to low and masq to high.
noble brigand is really good for money strategies.

So you say that top decking copper doesn't make you dud on turns where you already would dud.
Imagine you play village and smithy
- You see 4 cards
-If you have been bad omen'd you only see 2 cards.
That difference is huge.
Basically any other draw works the same way.

I'd put the Forestís Gift and Fieldís Gift slightly higher, perhaps #2 and #3 respectively. +buy is the rarest of +vanilla effects, so Fieldís Gift is most often the only source of the + of the vanilla-effect Boons, and this even more important if you're the only player to get access to it (similar reason why Ruined Market is the best Ruins). And the +action is nice when the Boons are terminal, allowing the only way to play multiple terminals. And the +action seems to make Druid really good.
+buy once every 12 plays of a card is pretty bad.
Which is why getting it is good
1 extra buy on 1 or two turns is not a very big difference maker. It is also true that +buy isnt a very big deal early which is where things have a bigger out come of the game.

Why is Mountain's Gift not #12 even though it has the lowest rated weighted average?

Bureacrat's attack is actually really good at shutting down money. Stick a few in a deck and you can get - 1 or -2 card tokens.

Wow, a lot of underrated cards. Secret Cave, Gladiator, Night Watchmen, and Wishing Well should all be higher.
(I underrated Secret Cave. I learned how good it was after we did the ratings.)

Also, I can't believe we haven't seen Doctor yet. The only reason it can't cost $2 is it would make the overpay too strong.
Doctor is one of the quickest thrashers early on.
First shuffle it usually trashes two cards without reducing your hand size. It is kinda like mint that on a 5/2 is great.

We need more empire style expansions.

What exactly makes an expansion "empire-style"?

All in all I'm happy about Nocturne. It has a sort of "rough-around-the-edges" feel that we hadn't seen in an expansion in a long time, but it also tries to do a lot of different stuff, more so than Empires for sure. There's only a few cards that I really wish were different or didn't exist, and none seems to be as bad as Cultist or Rebuild, not even close.
What i meant by empire style I meant
more powerful cards but not in a bad way(Cards that incorporate into complex strategies and mitigate early luck)
more points to allow for come-backs
not many weak cards

Masquerade, Junk Dealer, and maybe Upgrade are all good Big Money trashers. Add some sort of way to gain Gold, and the BM with the trashers above become very formidable.
Actually Junk Dealer is fairly bad as far as big money goes. Amulet and Hermit are much better examples.
