Dominion General Discussion / Where would you travel -- Pacific Northwest edition

This poll has the same purpose as the one that's currently up, but specific to the area covered by the 'Washington' option in the original. I assume there's enough people in Seattle to organize an event, but I'd like to see if we could make something happen in Portland as well, and hopefully have some smaller meetups in smaller towns. (In all likelihood, only a few options on this list will get more than one vote.)
I can add more cities to the list if people ask for them, even if they lie outside of Cascadia. If they're in Texas or the midwest or Germany, though, it might be more sensible to start yet another poll.

Variants and Fan Cards / Stickers or sleeves?

 So Guilds arrived yesterday, and now I'm sitting at somewhere around 1500 cards, more than twenty of them blanks. I'd like to put them to good use, and I have fan cards decided on. It would be easy for me to put these together if I had sleeves; just print out pictures and slip them in. The problem is that it'd cost me $30-40 and who knows how many hours of my time to buy enough sleeves and put them all on.
The alternative would be to have Kinko's print them out on stickers, but I don't know whether that's possible, or if it's possible to do well.

Does anyone here have any experience sleeving 1500 cards in one sitting, or with using cards with stickers on them? What's my best option here?

Goko Dominion Online / Legal question: putting Archivist on Goko

Obviously this is a hypothetical, but I figured people here were knowledgeable about board game issues. When the Archivist card was put on Iso, the guy who ran the site just asked Donald X and got his approval because it was free to play. Now that Goko has the official license and is running a business, how much extra red tape would that add?
Would they still be able to add cards to the site (that just cost shields, coins, or zaps, not official Goko Fakebux) with his consent, or would the affiliation with the Dominion trademark mean that RGG has to approve anything they do?
