It was possible to install MF app on my Android phone (not tablet) Sony Z3 Dual. I have made no changes to OS and Play Store.

Dominion friend list for Linux



This script will modify your preferences, so that your friends are in challenge name suggestions.

How to install and use

1) Run Dominion as normally and challenge or rematch someone. Not necessary if you have done that before.
This creates ChallengePlayer.suggestions config in preferences.

2) Install xmlstarlet

2) Extract http://tash-kalar.singlepicture.org/DominionWithFriends.0.2.tar.gz to the same folder as Dominion.

4) Edit DominionFriends file if you want different friends.

Open beta in May 2015? Will Making fun deliver? What do you think?

Making fun CEO has stated, that open beta will start in May 2015.

In May we plan to widen the availability of version 2.0 to anyone who is interested in playing. In June the game should be fully launched and version 1.0 will be retired.

I went for Black Market (KC and Knight in it), Highway and Chapel.
I made serveral mistakes, but still was able to come back (Yes my opponent played poorly, but still, it was super fun to come back from 48:0)

I have misplayed it by buying too many TR early, but is the BM embassy really better than engine here? Maybe it is: The problem is, that there is now way to slow down your opponent.

Anyway, I think one reason they are priced at $0P is so that they work well in action-heavy, low-money decks.  Think about this, too: If Vineyard costed $3P, you would frequently be unable to buy Vineyard + Action card on your turn, significantly reducing the power of the Vineyard.  Like with most design decisions in Dominion, there's generally a good reason the choice was made.  I'm no psychic, though. I checked the Secret History of Alchemy (http://forum.dominionstrategy.com/index.php?topic=118.0) and didn't see any explanation.  Maybe Donald X has posted one somewhere.

Vineyard was originally in the main set, and cost $4. Gardens was in Alchemy and cost $P. I switched them because Gardens was the easier card, the better card for newer players. And Vineyard was a good fit for Alchemy because Alchemy wanted to push action-heavy decks.

Vineyard initially cost $P just because that sounded good. It stayed $P because I liked how it played at $P. It's a strong card, sure. The cost isn't just $P though; you put a lot of work into that deck. It's okay that it can be better than Province; it has to be good enough to go for instead of going for Provinces. And it has to be good enough to go for with no other cards with $P in the cost on the table.

In a game where Vineyard is obv. the way to go and we will obv. all/both go for it, I don't think that just makes the game boring. I think there's plenty of game there. That's the biggest thing.
