I mean, I can try to put forth more stuff, but I think you guys know what I think:
Someone got bit/became a walker.
They have a walker wincon.
They are preventing the town from winning.
It's probably not Witherweaver.
They probably haven't turned but will turn during twilight or night to perform a walker night action.
