Landfill actually looks cool.  Both the top and bottom are interesting mechanics that would be fun used separately.

EDIT: okay not the bottom part because I realized how broken it is with so many card combos.

You could use randomizers.  They exist for the basic cards too, don't they?  It conflicts a bit with Black Market but you'll rarely be naming kingdom cards anyway.
I'm sure there are pleny Possession edge-cases lol

That's why I said it'd have to be online-only.
writing it down works.
Failing that, you could change it slightly:
Set aside a card from your hand, hidden from the other players.  Each player guesses what it is.  Reveal it and return it to your hand; anyone who guessed incorrectly gains a copy of it.

This weakens it drastically of course.  Including removing its cursing ability, sans other cursers.  You could make it able to curse again by saying that if you put it face down it's a curse.
or taking out an extra copy of every card in the game which is obviously more work.

The problem with Salary is that it's a Silver+, so it has to cost at least $4 and really should cost at least $5.  So I'd suggest trying to buff the effect rather than lowering the price.

No, Chancellor (and woodcutter, swindler, and lots of other card said) are terminal actions that give $2. A Silver+ needs to be a treasure card, otherwise being terminal (and an action) makes it weaker than Silver without the other abilities.
I'm just saying Salary being a terminal silver doesn't mean it should cost 4 or 5

Salary is a treasure, so it's strictly better than Silver.  There's a general consensus that Silver+ cards shouldn't cost $4, because they'll be too similar to Silver (which is always available anyway).
Oh I thought it was an Action.  I misread it.

Interesting how my bs inspired you tbh haha.  The card concept is cool and could actually work in real life.  It'll probably mostly be a rock-paper-scissors of curse-copper-estate and maybe ruins, but late game it could also be used to empty out piles.  You could also give bad kingdom cards or kingdom cards with on-gain effects that could benefit you.

Dwarf is a cool Cellar/Smithy.  I dig Salary, too, although it should cost $4 or even $3.  Some of the wordings are a bit off (such as Surplus).  Tower's reaction is interesting mechanic as well.

I was thinking about what might be the most useless cards to Summon. Ruins are obvious, but other than that, probably Feast?

Edge cases in which you would actually want to Summon Feast:

You want an Ill-Gotten Gains, but you know your opponent has Trader or Watchtower in hand.
You want an Embassy, but you want to wait to get it until your opponent reshuffles (or you know they have Watchtower in hand).
You want to get an Inn and use its on-gain ability at the start of next turn.
You want to prevent your opponent from Smuggling your nice new Mountebank.

I was aware there were edge cases when i made that meme. Some more:

Contraband, Embargo, Swamp Hag, Haunted Woods, Market Square
Knights/Peddler/Horn of Plenty.  Also I thought it didn't work with treasures

I think the problem with this card is that if you build a good deck, that draws itself every time, you can end the game whenever you're ahead of you have like 5 or 6 of these by just trashing the provinces. End game control is super powerful and I think this gives too much power.
Aren't Provinces/Coppers/Curses not considered part of the kingdom?  Semantics I guess.  I thought kingdom meant just the 10 (or 11 with YW) cards.  That's what I mean.  Otherwise then just Action cards.  Not sure it makes much difference though.
