Variants and Fan Cards / Re: Card Idea: Flower Seller
« on: June 18, 2012, 08:45:03 am »
I like it a lot, actually, although I would rename it "Florist." I'm a big fan of Market-like cards, and also of Copper interactions. I also think it's rather appropriate how this combos with Spice Merchant. For a card that increases your hand size by one, though, it might be under-priced.

I absolutely agree - I am also a big fan of Market-like cards. And yes, I would rename it to 'Florist' too. But that might be because I am a big fan of serenataflorists.

Introductions / Re: Greetings from Sweden

Well hello there! I would like to welcome you to the forum though I am new here as well.

It really is great to have a forum like this that would address everything and anything related to the board game.

Having been a fan for quite a long time already, it really is nice to be able to connect to those who are into it as well, which I think has been a scarcity for the past couple of moments.

General Discussion / Re: Walking

Though it is such a pain to walk for a huge amount of distance, it is something that has to be done to benefit the body and actually save the environment.

When people turn with all the stuff they have that consume a lot of fuel and petrol they are going one against the nature of actually being able to conserve which I hope should be one of those that would be just right, in any case possible.

General Discussion / Re: Anybody got Diablo 3 yet?
« on: June 14, 2012, 02:40:51 am »
I have Diablo 3 and it sure is a lot nice when compared to the other games I have been playing recently.

Well there might be some bias to it because of a number of friends who are in the same game as well but I really think that it is enjoyable, for me at least.

Other Games / Re: In defense of Monopoly

I have to agree, though a lot of people seem to have the knack in choosing to put the whole game down, I think that there are still quite a number of good things that you can get out from it.

I still do not believe that it is not a strategic game but rather a game of chance which turns to be something that closely resembles strategy when running low on money comes into play.
