Also, for people who are interested. ?Drunk Mafia is like super blizts. The game will finish within 2 hours, as long as I stay focused. Igot a few small-people (and large-people) setups in mind, and may tweak things. Everything is guaranteed to be balanced, unless it isnt. Evertyhing is guaranteed to be fun, fo' sho'.

Well, I'm going out to party. Right now it seems like WestCoast Galz and raerae are the only people in. So I'm not really going to make an effort to get back early. If enough people are around at like 11.30pm or 12am forum time, things still might happen.

Well 3 hardly makes a good game either...here would be a possibly fun, but likely terrible game.
1 mafia
1 town
1 lyncher (with town target)
daystart.
Lynch mafia and then town wins (lyncher loses)
Lynch the town member and the lyncher wins (mafia loses)
Lynch the lyncher and mafia wins by endgame (town loses)
Unfortunately, we can't test that out tonight. raerae and I are fading fast.

An interesting setup that I've done is four players (one of them not real and not able to vote), with a Goon, 2 VTs, and Jester. Mafia win by lynching a townie, town wins by lynching the Goon, and Jester wins if he lynches himself. The Jester may not self-vote, it has a daystart, and you need two to lynch. The inanimate player is basically to add complexity.

Because I'm hypothetically interested in this, although I don't drink often and I'd only do it if I was going to actually be able to get good and drunk on the night it happened.

A few reasons:
1. I don't agree with anything having to do with getting drunk. I know it's not required, but I don't want to participate. That's just a decision I've made.
2. I can't commit to being constantly online for a few hours, I might have to do something else.
3. My brother is about to buy a new video game, and we're going to play it ;D

the smallest setup I have cooked is for 5 people. 6 is ok, but is a similar setup. 7 is when the setups start sounding neat...if that ever happens.
