Title: Is Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker a thing?

It would be quite flavorful if these three cards actually made a good combo.

Since they all give coin tokens, they should work well together. Baker and CM can easily turn Butcher into an uber-expand, at least.

Well, I'm still not out on where I stand on Coins.

On the one hand, spending early is nice since you can get better cards more quickly and cycle them sooner.
On the other hand, you can easily save up for a megaturn, how do you do that with these three cards?

You can accumulate 6 buys maximum if you happen to draw 5 CM's, should be enough, but is it in time?

Theoretically, Butcher can turn all other cards in your deck into Baker and Candlestick Maker, guaranteeing you at least five buys, six if you don't draw the Butcher; that's 10 plays of Butcher, though at some point you'll be playing it every turn. Probably too slow, but maybe simulator time?
