Title: Some problems on iso....?

um... I just find some problems on iso, or did I just misread soemthing?

In turn 15, the last turn, I just want to check what's happening after software, and I find a problem:

When I execute bioengineering, I think I should win by it as I have 3 leaves and antony just get 0 at that stage, but software just continue...

Does it a bug, or just my misread or anything?

Services was his top purple card at that moment, so he also had 3 leaves.
