Spoiler tag contains thoughts about my vote.

Are you sure you want to do this?

Have you voted yet?  I would suggest doing that before continuing

Last chance...

Having played in numerous winner takes all games in last years DSC, I've got to go with Game 3.  It doesn't have the most intricate engine or stylistic finish.  But the allure of needing all the VP cards in Game 8 of a best of 7 series sure makes for an intense and exciting way to finish the series.

For me, it wasn't the last game intensity Shark Bait mentioned, but the fact that Duchy Dancing turned into Estate Dancing and when both piles were gone, poor Julie was left with some very poor options, especially considering that both of their decks seemed capable of both producing money and drawing fistfulls of green.

Game 3 can be viewed on YouTube from MichealJb's perspective:

Yeah it seemed like her opponent won because he was lucky enough to draw appropriately?

For me, the michaeljb upset might win best "moment" or something like that, but for best game jonts' comeback is the clear winner (and I'd take the Ironworks game second).

I mean, I've got one of the nominations and even I'm voting jonts.  I'm shocked it's that close.

I'm shocked at how many great options there are here. I could easily see myself voting for at least three of these games.

I can get behind this argument. However, for most of the nominations in both rounds, it seems like there are two solid games played with viable strategies, so what makes them exciting are those moments - how many, how exciting, and what speaks to you. I really liked several of the nominations.

Is there anyone who doesn't read spoiler tags, or is everyone like me?

Nope, I don't read them either.

I'm just really smart and knew you were going to ask that in spoiler tags, if you're wondering.

Round 3 nomination: http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201212/19/game-20121219-174633-066f46c6.html

I nominate this game purely for Obi Wan Bonogi's turn 15 in which two separate Smugglers smuggle a Province from me.  He invests in 3 Smugglers and it almost pays off for him, but we end in a draw.
