With the disclaimer that when it comes to technology, I am utterly incompetent... I have started recording Dominion youtube videos!
Here's my first one, but it's kind of blurry. Any advice on how to improve the recording process? I am using livestream.

That early Mint probably locked it up for you, although the Potion route didn't do eHunt any favors either. Even if you both rushed the HP's, I think the Mint would've gotten you a 6-4 split, so he was already playing from behind.
Edit: I didn't like the GH buy though. Even if you didn't yet have the actions to play a second Trade Route, the GH was just putting in an additional unique card for the HP's to hit. A second Trade Route wouldn't have slowed down the pacing of the deck, and you still could've snagged an additional Bazaar when you had an extra $5.
Interesting to hear you do commentary though. ;D

I'm always looking for Dominion vids, so great job!
I disagreed with a few of your decisions, but you couldn't really do anything wrong after your early lead in tempo. :)

Yeah, I definitely should not have taken the Great Hall in hindsight, but the early Mint locked it for me no matter what I did, I think.
(Of course it's all just a front for shamelessly plugging mafia...)

I wish I had more time to play mafia, I played the first one and it was really fun, but boy, it eats away at my time like cookie monster.

Hey, great to see some more videos. I didn't upload a video since weeks.
If possible try to turn off the "boing noise" when you record. That's a little bit annoying.
I'm using Camtasia for the videos. If you could use a recording software like that the quality would be better.

offhand:
select a screen region that excludes the Firefox bars and windows menu.
turn off sounds or edit them out in video edit software
in procaster, turn off the highlight mouse option
the image is blurry, but I'm not sure how to improve it in procaster. there may be a video option to record in higher quality.
actual commentary was fine, though be careful not to overdo banter with the opponent (on that note, a video with annotated notes from the opponent edited in later sounds cool...)

Thanks. Here's a bunch of videos where I haven't yet implemented any of your feedback. In the next batch, though, I'll definitely toggle with the screen view and ditch the sound effects.

Hey Robz I think you should have a Mafia channel where you record all your thoughts on the games your in. And then when the game ends you can post them and it can be a "How to die night 1 strategy guide"
That said I'm happy there is more dominion to watch and will check thsi out later. :)

Added two videos. One of them is a pretty interesting three-player game with some divergent strategies (good old 5/2 split rearing its swingy head). The other is like the most straightforward FG/Remodel game ever.
