Title: Time limit standard as a game option

Is there anyway someone could institute a "time limit" option, perhaps in the same location as rated or no VP visible options are located?

This could be something like speed chess rules or a general time clock, perhaps only associated with rated games?

I know a couple of people who would like this option very much.

There's an add-on you can use to enforce a strict time limit if everyone has it installed and agrees to use it:
