Title: Bug: interaction between Enchantress and Way of the Chameleon

It appears that if you play an action with WotC while under the influence of Enchantress, you actually get to play your action as opposed to it becoming a mere cantrip.

That's not a bug, that's exactly how it's supposed to work.  Ways override Enchantress' effect, including Way of the Chameleon.

Right. Both Enchantress and Ways replace "following the card's instructions" with something else. Once a Way is applied, Enchantress can't affect it.
