Title: Can you win this turn 3 (Seaside)

You have been playing a slow, messy game of Seaside with Ambassadors and Sea Hags muddying up everyone's decks. You are currently in the lead and have a Tactician turn! The cards in play at the start of your turn are Tactician and two Fishing Villages. You could spend your turn making your lead even more pronounced, but, is there a way to assure victory?

Ambassador the Island, keeping it. Play Sea Hag to dish out 2 Curses. (now tied with opponent 2 for VP) Play Explorer gaining Gold and Outpost. Play Gold, Silver for $7, buy Island (up 2 VP), Fishing Village, and use Outpost turn to buy a Curse (3 piles empty, up 1 VP).

Assuming that no lighthouses are in play from your opponents...

Ambassador island without returning to supply (distributes 2 to opponents)
Play sea hag (2 curses to opponents)
Play outpost
Play explorer (reveal province for gold)

Buy island + FV (both piles empty)
-outpost turn-
Buy curse
3 pile, score is 21-18-20 you win


PPE: faust, you have to assume no lighthouses

Thank you e for the mentioning that an assumption needed to be made. I have modified the puzzle so that there is less ambiguity.

(Only works if no-one has lighthouses in play.)

1. Play Amb on Island, not returning it
2. Play Hag
3. Play Outpost
4. Play Explorer, revealing province
(end action phase)
5. Play Gold and Silver for +5$
Buy fishing village, Island
(Start Outpost Turn)
Buy Curse

Every player Has received an Island and a Curse, so everyone has 1 VP more. That means ending score is 21/20/18.
