Title: How to play Non Rated games?
Post by: Ozle on March 05, 2012, 06:39:42 pm
Is there a way while logged in to make a match not count towards level/rating?

I have a 49-20 win-Loss ratio at the moment, which looks rather good.

But thats been inflated by playing my friends quite a bit (16-5 against them)

Would I need to log out and then back in again if I didnt want friends ranking to count, or is there a non-rater option i'm missing?

Games count for iso if you log in.  Pages end up on cr by name, regardless of you being logged in.  Don't want it on iso? Don't log in with same account.  Don't want it on cr? Change name.

If you use any card constraints, they will not count toward the leaderboard.  You could just play with something like !possession or any other random card you don't care about.  I don't know if a constraint that doesn't actually do anything would work (like 0-10 cards from Base).  I also don't know if these games would still count towards other things.  They would certainly still show up on CR.

Solitaire games don't get scraped by CR.

I always thought Secret Chamber games didn't count. Or is that just for ranking?

I play all my games against friends in secret chamber, and they look like they count when I check my stats.

They should count unless you use the card selection, correct?

Hmm, but I usually also limit it to sets we play half the time as well.

Maybe they are showing in the 'opponents' list, but not actually countring towards the overall total, but I dont think so. Will crunch the numbers.
