Title: Guess the kingdom
Post by: gamesou on August 27, 2018, 08:08:17 am
Here is a proposal for puzzles: one posts a weird endgame deck content after a game played under reasonable strategies, and the puzzle is to figure out a kingdom which could produce such an outcome.

Example:

3 Coppers, 2 Silvers, 3 Golds, a Duchy, 4 Provinces, 2 Pearl Divers and 6 Hamlets

Interesting, but I feel like there are so many kingdoms with more than one viable strategy that it's hard to come up with a solution, as well as varying opinions on what is a "reasonable" strategy.

As for your post, here's what I could come up with:

Hamlet, Beggar, Trade route, Young Witch(Bane:Pearl Diver) Moneylender, Salvager, Contraband, Counting house, Knights, Artisan, Event: Pathfinding

Wolf Den, knights, pearl diver, hamlets, no 3 cost cards in kingdom, need no other piles bought. Palace, obelisk, plan, training, bonfire could also fit.

Agree that this kind of puzzles typically has many possible solutions. For the record here was the kingdom I played with this outcome (game 17727701). It was a weak Donate board with Colonnade.

Hamlet, Pearl Diver, Enchantress, Guide, Cartographer, Rebuild, Trading Post, Venture, Border Village, Prince
Donate, Colonnade
