To celebrate what Christians call Holy Week (Palm Sunday through Easter), here's a kingdom you can play, in order of appearance in the Gospel of Matthew, chapters 21 and 26-28.

Nice
Secret Cave and Tomb seem a bit repetitive, is there something else important in the story to include? Maybe temple? Or Courtyard for where the Jewish Leaders had the trial?
I probably would have used garden, but sacred grove is a nice touch.
Edit: oooh, what about ill-gotten gains instead of moneylender?
legionary, replace, prince are also thematic.

I like Ill-Gotten Gains.
-
I misread this as holy weak kingdom at first and was expecting Transmutes and Harvests!

I mostly liked Secret Cave because the art depicts the stone being rolled away. :) And then I saw "Triumph over the Tomb" as a nice synopsis of Easter.

Oh man, i never noticed that in the art before!

Another 8 cards as bad as those, and you'd have a wholly weak kingdom.

First of all, a Kingdom like this should only have 30 Silvers.
Second, there are other possibilities: perhaps Governor and King's Court/Throne Room, to represent Pilate and Herod? (Unless Pilate was a Patrician). And surely you need a Temple?
Judas was the Treasurer of the 12 disciples. Barabbas could be a Noble Brigand. The angel was a Herald. The empty tomb could be an Abandoned Mine, and the temple after the money-changers were turned out would be a Ruined Market. Of course Dominion no longer has Thieves, but the other men crucified could be Bandits. And the Sanhedrin met in a Council Room, and they relied on Legionaries to do their dirty work.
There's enough to have at least 20 Kingdom cards; could you do 10 split piles?
-
Baker?
-
Baker?
Baker + Wine Merchant: Bread + Wine (Last Supper)
-
(Unless Pilate was a Patrician)
He was a Prefect. Which is quite a cool card name waiting to be used some day. (-8

[something something] 30 Silvers.
I was about to suggest that Masterpiece (http://wiki.dominionstrategy.com/index.php/Masterpiece) might be a good fit for exactly this reason.
Samath, would you mind explaining your thought process to the Sunday school drop-outs?
Secret Cave is the resurrection.
Sacrifice is the crucifixion. Also, to a minor extent, some general Jesus-ness?
Crown is... uh, there's an xmas song that goes "[...] new king born today", but this is for Easter. Do I remember correctly that there's a wreath of thorns involved in his execution?
Rabble is the crowd who would rather execute the thought criminal for wrongthink and release the all-round scoundrel Barabbas (murderer, thief?) than the other way around.
Sacred Grove?
Pacovf explained Baker and Wine Merchant already (last supper).
Is Scheme Judas' betrayal? Moneylender is Judas, yeah?
Procession? They're chronological, so it's not the condemned carrying their crosses to the place of execution...

Jesus was crucified for calling himself the King of the Jews/Judaeans. He's also the King of kings, etc. But considering where that card is, I assume it's a reference specifically to the crown of thorns, yes.
Sacred Grove?
The mount of olives / Gethsemane, I assume. It's right after the Last Supper, and where he was betrayed.
Moneylender is Judas, yeah?
I think it's the cleansing of the Temple.

Palm Sunday.

Probably the easiest way to tell what I'm referring to is to read the chapters of Matthew I referenced, or at least to skim the section headers. :) pacovf is right with all of those corrections, though.

Methinks width=160 would work better to fit "5-to-a-row"....

Yeah, problem is, too many monitors and resolutions to contend with.
