Title: Library should be named Bank

Is it just me, or is anyone else always annoyed that Library does a better job of drawing treasure than action cards?  I don't know how many times I've had a new player comment that the card should be named Bank instead.

And Scrying Pool does a better job of drawing Action cards than drawing Treasure cards or hurting your opponents! So annoying.

It's pretty nice for drawing Festival and Fishing Village along with terminals (including itself).

Alternately, just think of the treasures you draw as the overdue fees for the missing materials.

My libraries always seem better at drawing victory cards than treasure :(
