Can you set up a Kingdom that uses every possible card type for Kingdom cards? (I'm pretty certain it's impossible to have one Kingdom cover every card type, including non-Supply card types like Spirit and Prize)
One rule: no Black Market.

Well, Knights and Castles have to be included, which also gives you Action, Victory, Treasure and Attack.
You need either Page or Peasant to give you Traveller. The former will give you Duration, the latter will give you Reserve. I think I'll use Peasant, then, and use Caravan Guard to give me Reaction and Duration.
You need, I think, at least two Nocturne cards to give you all of Doom, Fate and Night.
One Looter needs to be added. It doesn't really matter which; I think I'll use Marauder.

But then there are Heirloom, Gathering. Prize, Zombie.

And since there are no double-types that use two of the last four, the answer to the OP question is no. You need at least 11 piles.

I mean Courtier’s best synergy is definitely Tactician, even though that’s not all four bonuses. You generally don’t want more than 3 anyway, gaining Golds gets gross.

Gathering is required. Heirloom, Prize and Zombie are not.

But Heirloom will show up with one of the Nocturne cards mentioned above. (There are also Spirits, but any Fate cards will have Spirits.)
Pretty sure Knights, Castles, Peasant, Caravan Guard, Werewolf, Fool, Marauder, Wild Hunt, Tournament, Necromancer does it.

According to the OP, all types should appear on kingdom cards; Teacher is not a kingdom card.

I only specified you needed to include all types that appear on Kingdom cards. I didn't specify that they had to appear on Kingdom cards.
