Yes, Vineyard doesn't cost $3 or more.
-
Specifically, Sage checks two things:
"Does the card cost exactly $3(0P,0D)?"
Or
"Does the card cost strictly more than $3?" For example, $5, $3P, or $8+8D all have each currency (money, potions, debt) equal to or more that $3,0P,0D.

The Wine Merchant makes for a better conversationalist than one, large, lonely Vineyard.

I don't speak for this site, but AFAIK, feel free to ask anyways (I presume upping the traffic helps them). As a suggestion, also cross reference with the other card. Sage talks about its own thing, but interactions with Potion costs like Vineyard will be in the Alchemy rulebook

But on the other hand, sage could probably grow on the Vineyard, whereas growing on a Wine Merchant seems less than ideal.
