Title: Article Request: Comprehensive Market Square Combo Article

This would be for an article I'm hoping to have posted on the blog. There are currently three MS combos that I know of, Hermit, Apprentice, and Donate. The ideal article would give specific instructions for playing each combo and how to play the mirror. Bonus points if the article also links to a how to video showing how to play each strategy.

I know we already have articles for each, but I'm looking for one article to go over all the MS interactions.

Another one that I've always considered a combo is Rats.  It's about on par with Big Money on it's own, but with any enablers (like any sifter or trasher) it's pretty good.
