With split piles, you can have +1 Card tokens on treasure supply piles, such as Rocks or Plunder. What happens when you play the treasures? Do you just get cards?

Yes. And if these cards are treasures, you can play them

This applies for all of the Adventures tokens. Just remember that getting +1 Action during your Buy phase doesn't mean anything (unless you gain a Villa).

Yes. And if these cards are treasures, you can play them
If you use Black Market or Storyteller to play treasures with your +1 Card token on them, you can even play drawn action cards.
