Title: Do you have the right to shuffle your hand?
Post by: ehunt on February 10, 2017, 03:26:38 pm
Jackie plays Artisan, gaining a Silver. She wants to topdeck the Silver, but she doesn't want her opponent to know that she is doing this. I believe that in the Shuffle It implementation, she nonetheless shows that she is doing so (unless she has a different Silver she can topdeck, of course). Is this correct?

I don't think it shows that the Silver is topdecked, but it hides the revealed Silver as you no longer know whether or not they have it. If the Silver stays face up in hand when you topdeck a different card, that's a bug.

Ah, I misunderstood the implementation, then. So the rule is that you indeed have the right to "shuffle your hand," then?

I've just attempted to shuffle my hand.

Now there's blood everywhere and I should probably call an ambulance.

Remember to not use the blood to write notes on your belly, though.

Admittedly, it works better in the original "puzzle".
