Title: A couple issues (e-mails, payments)

So, I can't make an account on new dominion under my name, which had subscriptions. I attempted to join the forum there, but the email confirming account creation is just as nonexistent as the email supposedly giving me access to my old MF name. I imagine a lot of this is server load and will be fixed.

More worrying: the payment provider you have chosen doesn't accept the credit/bank card I have used for 99% of my online purchases over the past several years. This is a visa debit/credit card backed by a major US bank, so I'm a little worried if you have a payment managing software that doesn't accept it.

The missing emails are a known issue that is currently being worked on.

Can you disable "you must confirm your email to create a room" in the mean time?

Yes - I've run into the same problem with the credit card - I tried to buy the Empires expansion and it wouldn't accept my card despite me never having a problem with any other retailer.   :o

We currently believe that the issues with accepting credit cards are that your credit card isn't allowing for international payments. Can you check wether this is the case?

I'm located in Australia. I've made purchases with the card on a number of international sites with it (such Book Depository UK, Amazon US, and ABE Books) including at lease one since I tried to pay for Empires.

Have you tried "PayPal Guest Checkout" ?

Proceed to payment -> PayPal -> Pay with Debit or Credit Card
