In the quite well received indie film Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2582496/) some cool kids* play Dominion for a few seconds (totally wrong if I remembe correctly, tough).
*They are not portrayed as the cool kids, but they play Dominion, so...

Oh man, I remember seeing both of those appearances in tbe past week and being pretty siked! Wow Dominion is cool. In the movie though, the main character tells one of the players something like 'nice beserker', so sounds more like MtG or something.

Marvel's Agents Of SHIELD, season 1 episode 22.
During the post-credits-type scene (it's actually before the credits, but after the SHIELD logo but, whatever...), just after Phil gets out of bed, there's a shot where the camera pans, left to right, across a storeroom. At the very bottom of the screen, out of focus, a Dominion box briefly appears. It's time stamp 39:37 if you have the DVD.
Don't know how I spotted that...

I confirm. I had to watch it 4 times, but it's actually not hard to see. I was squinting at the background expecting to find a box that might be interpreted as a box of Dominion, but no, there's a real box of Dominion there, no mistake.
It's at 00:00 ;D

In Gone Girl, there is a Dominion box standing next to Race for the Galaxy in the woodshed. The police should have known that nobody stands their games boxes like that unless they are doing product placement.
