How do I resolve Chancellor?
I want to get an official answer.

1) I don't think this forum frowns that much on replying to an old thread (aka "necroing") rather than creating a new thread just to link to the old one

2) Is there any particular reason you want the official answer? Under what circumstances does it matter whether you flip your deck over as a whole or one card at a time, other than the limited amount of additional information the latter provides?

I don't mind you asking questions too, if you honestly want the answers, but man, really, if there's a question that has to be answered to satisfy hiraku, hiraku is the one who has it. Let's not second guess this person.
