This will be happening today, in 3.5 hours from now.
Apparently the announcement in the interview thread was a bit too obscured, so I'll repeat it here.
Date: Sunday, 6th December
Time: 19:00 UTC, which should be December 06, 2015, 02:00:00 pm for you.
Location: http://www.twitch.tv/dominionstreams
Who will do the commentating will be a surprise for almost everybody, including me.

Neat and potentially useful card interactions: Adam and Deadlock.

Here's the match from my perspective:

I wasn't able to watch the stream (I watched only about 20 mins of it) and now I was sad to find out that the stream on the new dominionstreams channel wasn't archived. I don't know whose channel it is, but it would be nice if this option is enabled for the next time. Thanks MQ for the upload on youtube, at least I can now watch the match.

Sorry I didn't even know that option existed, or the whole page of options for that matter.
Apparently twitch switched their defaults since I created my own channel.
But ok, I found & checked the checkbox now.

Congratulations to the winner!
It was sad to see only one Village-type card (not counting Throne Room or Procession).

If you don't count Throne Room, or Procession, or at a stretch Hermit/Madman, then you may need to broaden what you count as a Village ;)
Congrats to MicQ!

Congrats to MicQ!
You two obviously made very good use of all three of those cards, but a part of me was itching for some straight up Village + draw engines.

Do we get a badge on the forums for the winner?

I PM'd theory about it yesterday and I suspect the answer will be yes.

Grats to the winner! Well, grats to both finalists. I'm glad I can at least say I was knocked out by the person that won it all, so that's saying something, right?
We should do this again some time. Are there plans to do so? I liked the bracket-style format (I like the league format too; but there's just something about true head-to-head, winner-take-all matches). My only suggestion would be to have some sort of prize and/or "recognition" of the winner (whatever that may entail).
Again, grats Moat MicQ!

Can't watch the stream right now, were the sets random or pre-designed?

Yes.

Well actually, one option we were considering was randomly pre-designed...

Sets were neither interesting pre-selected random boards (like we have in the league, most of the time) nor designed ones.
So yeah, they were just full random. But still, we had some quite nice boards, I think.
