Thanks to Hiroki, I could learn the existence of an answer.
Q. Play King's Court on turn 3 to play an Action 3 times.
(Dominion - Guilds Only)
-
Kingdom: Stonemason, Nomad Camp, Advisor, Inn, Baker, King's Court, Peddler, 4 others. Use Shelters.
T1 (5 Copper): Play 5 Copper, spend Baker coin token, buy Stonemason, overpay by 4 coins to gain a Nomad Camp and an Advisor.
T2 (Nomad Camp, 2 Copper, Hovel, Necropolis): Play Necropolis. Play Nomad Camp and 2 Copper, buy a Peddler.
T3 (Overgrown Estate, Stonemason, Peddler, Necropolis, Advisor): Play Necropolis. Play Stonemason on Peddler, gain a King's Court and an Inn, shuffling both in. Play Advisor, Draw King's Court and Inn, discard a Copper. Play Inn, draw Nomad Camp and Hovel, discard Hovel and Overgrown Estate. Play King's Court on Nomad Camp to play Nomad Camp 3 times. Buy 4 Peddlers.
I'm sure there are lots of answers, but alas I did not find a simple one with Watchtower :(.

Great Job!
However, this answer depends on your left player's choice.
Rewritable.
The other answer, which Hiroki found, is
1T: CC-3Shelters. Buy a Vagrant.
2T: 5C, use a cointoken. Buy a Border Village, gain a Develop.
3T: Necropolis, DV, BV, VG, Hovel.
Play NC, DV. Trash a BV to gain Dame Josephine and a King's Court.
Play Vagrant. Play KC, choosing DJ.
-
It has become easier with time.
With Adventures, you can Ferry KC on turn 1 (with Baker token), buy it turn 2 and King your Necropolis turn 3.
You can also use 5xCopper plus Borrow plus an Alms'd Villa to buy King's Court on turn 1.
With Nocturne, you can play Cursed Gold and 4 Copper on turn 1, buying King's Court. Buy Pixie turn 2, for a Shelter-free solution, and King it on turn 3.

After reading the thread title, I thought this was the challenge, that anybody can try to figure out if they feel like:
Set up a 3-player game where, on turn three, you have the choice to make either of the other two players win

That's pretty easy. Just have the player on your right to do a 3-pile ending with a 1-point lead and have them play a Masq which allows you to pass the other player an Estate which is worth 2 points thanks to Pasture.
