Well I have gone through the represented site list for the championship games twice now. What stuck out to me about this site was the name. I wanted to know how the people at a site called Dominion Strategy played the game. It seems like the competition would be steep, and even though I am not a very good player, it seemed that much could be learned here.

Ah, clearly, you missed the joke that I, being aware that you were not in fact new here and instead was being funny by pretending to be both new and not get the joke, decided to add an additional level to the joke by pretending to not be aware of the joke that you were making by not being new

I upvoted this but I'm not sure I really get it.
Being that I am new here, I understand why someone might not get the joke unless it was explained. Being that I had the joke explained to me being new and not getting it at first I had to carefully go over all the jokes and the explanations of the jokes and how its funny when the joke is explained and that the joke was further explained and that pointing out that when a joke is explained it makes it funnier and that fact that it was pointed out was funny, but only if people know that people are joking. If it is unknown that the joke was indeed a joke and not just an explanation the joke, the joke seemed to get messed up in the process. Being new and catching on eventually that the joke and explanations of the joke is what is to be expected around here it makes me feel like people should always explain jokes so as to add to the joke and make it funnier but only if the joke is funny and people understand that a joke is being made.Interesting™
