Does the action card you have set aside to play every turn from Prince take up an action when you play it?

Note that this is the same way Throne Room, King's Court, Golem, Procession, and Herald all work. When one card instructs you to play a card as part of its effect, it does not require or use an action to do so.

…And it's for the exact same reason that Black Market doesn't use up your buy, too.
