Given this was posted in the World Masters forum, I suspect he means the World Masters.

The qualifiers are in different places around the world; you'll need to find your local one, which unfortunately can be difficult, as they don't all get posted here.

Leo, there was no German national championship last year, nor has anyone asked me to participate in any world championship since I have won the national title in 2012. As there haven't been any announcements with regard to this year's German championship, I think, there is none.
